Launched as their second generation of quartz watches, the Type II became a massive success for Seiko. While Grand Quartz and King Quartz were looking for extreme accuracy, the Type II was the more affordable variant, meant to bring high quality (and these are truly high quality watches) to the working man. 

Produced in July 1978, this exact watch has already lived a long life, but it has been taken extremely good care of. You still get to enjoy the fantastic textures on the dial, the sharp edges and beautiful gold color of the case, combined with better accuracy thant any mechanical watch can provide. you.
