Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions apply to all purchases made at WITN Shop (witnshop.com). By completing a purchase, you accept these terms.

1. Ordering

Once you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation via email. This confirmation does not constitute a binding agreement but is an acknowledgment that we have received your order. The agreement becomes binding once the item has been shipped.

2. Prices and Payment

Prices listed on the website do not include any local taxes, customs duties, or fees charged by the destination country. We reserve the right to change prices without notice. Payment is processed via the payment methods available in the checkout at any given time.

3. Delivery

We ship to addresses in Norway and internationally. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or circumstances beyond our control.

Estimated delivery times (provided by Posten AS):

Nordics: 4–7 days (depending on country)
Europe: 4–9 days (depending on country)
USA: 4–8 days
China: 5–12 days
Rest of the world: 5–10 days

4. Right of Withdrawal (Returns)

In accordance with the Norwegian Cancellation Act (Angrerettloven), you have the right to return goods within 14 days of receipt without providing a reason. The item must be returned in its original condition and packaging. Return shipping costs are covered by the buyer unless otherwise agreed.

5. Complaints and Warranty

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible. Please include your order number. You have the right to file a complaint in accordance with Norwegian consumer legislation.
